
Need a restaurant quality meal within 40 minutes for less than $4 a person. This is it. When looking ahead at the week and planning meals, we always like to plan for meals like pork chops on days we know will be long or days where we just need to get a meal on the table quickly. Andrew threw these together tonight and they were delicious. You can pair the pork with whatever you would like. Tonight I made roasted sweet potatoes, green peas and artichokes. Not only do we love them but our two year old little boy couldn’t get enough. Try grilling these pork chops and let us know what you think!
