Alternate caption that Andrew didn’t want me to use “Andrew’s famous thighs”. Seriously though these chicken thighs are incredibly delicious and super easy. We love chicken thighs because they are cheap and flavorful. At the Dahl house we try to have a sit down meal in our house at least 5 nights a week. Knowing that I would be at band practice until 7:30 last night, I made a plan to throw together an easy meal that would free Andrew up to still watch Jack Parker while putting these thighs together. For our meal we cut up the chicken into a caesar salad and threw a few rolls in the oven. Before you start asking for the salad recipe just get your grocery bags and head on down to your local Walmart and pick up a pre-made salad kit. We are all about making things easy but adding the flavor with something quick. We also grill chicken thighs to eat on their own. However you choose to eat them, I promise you won’t be disappointed.
