Tis the season…strawberry season! It is that wonderful time of the year where the strawberries are so perfect that you pick too many and wonder what am I going to do with all of these berries. I came across a recipe a few years ago for these strawberry crumble bars and I have tweaked it to where they are just divine. So when my neighbor brought me a bowl full of fresh strawberries I knew exactly what to make! I feel like these are what pop tarts aspire to be when they grow up and I am here for it.
